I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. It is conveniently located next to the "Restauradores" metro station, making it easy to explore all the main attractions in this vibrant city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a comfortable bed, clean room, and excellent air conditioning. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they spoke English fluently. Additionally, the hotel is in close proximity to the main area of the old town, where there are countless great restaurants to choose from. this hotel provided a great base for my stay in this city.

Nothing to dislike.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right next to the Gloria funicular for easy access to the fountain at the top of the steep slope. The hotel was also centrally located, really close to the center and attractions. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch and the hotel facilities were modern and recently renovated. The breakfast offered at the hotel was great, with a wide variety of options. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive to our needs.

We loved the convenience of the location, being right in the center of this vibrant city, next to the famous tram and close to all the attractions. The hotel staff was exceptionally helpful in arranging a shuttle to the airport. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were top-notch, and the beds were quite comfortable.
